Database not download or corrupt error
If you are getting the "database not downloaded or corrupt error", please try again using a wifi connection on a home or work ADSL connection or a hotspot at a cafe.
Some people are affected by an issue that seems to only happen on Telstra NextG. We are implementing a work around, but that won't be until the next release.
To force OzRunways to try again, go to OzRunways→Settings→CacheManagement and tap 'Manually download db'.
So please try it on WiFi first. If it is still an issue, please start a support discussion.
